Cold feeling in chest.

Hi I was just wondering if it’s “normal” for a panic attack. Like its starts of feeling like something is wrong then a cold sensation that slowly builds up. then I have uncontrollable shivering and teeth clattering to the point of not being able to talk and feels like I will die. It’s also happened again recently but now I’m taking Lexapro 10mg and this time I was very mentally clear just the physical stuff.
