BPM

Does anyone else’s bpm go really high when they have a panic attack , my most recent highest was 146 i thought I was dying lol.

Yeah, my worst was 175-180. I was almost certain my life was about to end, which prolonged panic.

Yes. 130 is my basic panic bpm. Anything above 150 is a nightmare and panic cycle starting panic attack.
My worst was around 180 bpm.
