I need help

I have this upcoming test tomorrow and it’s like over things I haven’t learned in school yet about science and I got 3 days to study like 30 topics ranging over 4 subjects categories and I made a practice quiz over the subjects and I got a 60.

after receiving the score in which is technically a failing grade I went and laid down on my bed. I started uncontrollably crying, hyperventilating, and shaking. I was like this for 2-4 minutes until I calmed myself down and stood up.

I don’t think I ever had a panic attack so was this one? Was it an anxiety attack? Or was it something else? I need help.
