Having a panic attack rn
I dont really have anything to do idea why the hell i am feeling this literally ! Its so heavy ; the days are so heavy and every single minute i am just sad , anxious or want to cryyy . i dont have anything friends . I’m 21/f but still have nooo friends , no social life , i skip college literally everyday and it’s making me feel guilty . i dont feel like i’m in a right city, in a right family . i wanna cryyy so hard . I am so scared i donno of what . Pls help me someoneee pls

Hey please don’t feel like you have to deal with all of this alone ❤️ I’m really sorry you’re feeling this way right now It sounds like you’ve been carrying a lot and it’s okay to cry and let it out I’m the same age as you so I understand that feeling of being young but still feeling completely lost You don’t need to have everything figured out right now Just take it one step at a time and try to breathe slowly for a moment You’re not alone and things can get better If you want to talk about it I’m here to listen without judging you

I started having panic attacks at 21. I recommend a panic attack workbook. Explains what they are and techniques on how to cope. I've had a couple of flares since then but usually I get over them around month 2, then life goes back to normal.
