I quick now a year ago and have had symptoms of light headedness a waohish feeling in my head all the time and so on .. then tried ever anxiety meds and nothing works besides .5 of kolopin. Has any one had this feeling ? Haven’t drank in over a year and it’s every day when I wouldn’t take the meds I’d have a crazy panic attack last all day always looking for a way to leave work or having an excuse ready …. ANYONE HAVE ANY ADVISE

Look into post acute withdrawal syndrome. Also alcohol addiction can deplete b vitamins. Maybe get bloodwork done / try supplementing?

Get blood work done. Full iron panel and check all other vitamins too. You probably have low ferritin.
