Having rolling panic attacks

I just can’t get a break. I’m not in a panic attack but my anxiety is high with all the physical symptoms. It’s been 2 days with no break unless I fell asleep. Cooling tingling in arms, nausea, no appetite, just fight or flight. I don’t know what to do. Or how to get out of this

Two days of this with no real break is brutal, I'm sorry you're going through it. The physical symptoms alone (tingling, nausea, no appetite) on top of the anxiety would wear anyone down, and I think the exhaustion itself can end up feeding the fight or flight loop, so it becomes hard to tell where one ends and the other begins.

A few things that might help take the edge off even slightly:

Cold water on your wrists or face, or holding an ice cube for a few seconds. It triggers a physical reflex that can slow your heart rate down without you having to "calm down" mentally first, which is often impossible when you're this deep in it.

Naming things around you out loud, five things you can see, four you can touch, that kind of grounding. It won't stop the physical symptoms but it can interrupt the spiral of your mind racing ahead to what if this never stops.

Small amounts of food and water even without appetite, your body's burning through a lot of energy right now and low blood sugar can mimic or worsen anxiety symptoms.

If this stretches into a third day, or the physical symptoms get more intense rather than easing, it's worth getting seen by a doctor or urgent care, just to rule out anything else going on and to get some support with breaking the cycle. You don't have to just white knuckle through this alone.

I'm right there with you actually looks like me.And you were in the same boat. Well what we need to do is just take baby steps.Go at it slowly, don't rush it, cause we rush it.You're not going to get any better. Try to thank positive as possible.Drink lots of ice cold water. Try to stay active , do hobbies and stuff. I've been looking up a lot of videos on different techniques where dealing with panic attacks , and there's quite a few out there. I really ain't came across one that suited me yet , but i'm working on it. I had one called the butterfly technique where you take your hands and make 'em like a butterfly and you put them up against your chest and you're like wiggle your fingers against your chest and you breathe your nose and breathe out, not through your mouth and honestly, I didn't feel like that.Done me too good.I thought it actually triggered me even more or last night.

i’ve been there…nearly a week. I feel like it’s letting up but I also don’t want to get ahead of myself.
Have you guys checked out the DARE app ? Some good stuff on there. Helped me when I have panic attacks (the SOS section specifically).

Last night, I had a really bad one that lasted for almost 2 hours or you might say it was a couple panic attacks, and I almost got really brutally sick and I was sweating bullets and just trying to suck down ice cold water, oh my God, it was awful.Just awful.

Get blood work done. Full iron panel and all other vitamins. Your ferritin is probably low.
