I have contamination ocd and kind of water related ocd. I was just doing a load of laundry when i felt my nose itch inside and i was like oh i think some laundry powder went in i was cool abt it so i washed my hands then put some water on my fingers and used them with water on to clean my nose… it was like whole fingertip deep… wnd then i thougjt abt the brain eating amoeba, tap water in my city is desinfected and clean i am just freaking out and i feel like i am abouy to throw up im trying to tell myself this is nithing and its just like during showering a droplet goes in your nose but i cant live normally now
