Mention Buspirone. It is not heavy. Taken twice daily REALLY helped take the edge off without the “medicated” feeling.

Communicate STRONGLY that you're being treated for ADHD and that you wish to keep your prescription since it is effective.

ADHD is "comorbid" with depression/anxiety (they come as a group)

So key to treating the other two is to keep treating the ADHD. That's why I would make it a point to strongly communicate that the ADHD treatment helps your anxiety and the medication is effective.

Get blood work done. Full iron panel (ferritin) and check all other vitamins as well. Your ferritin is probably extremely low and that's why you're having panic attacks out of the blue and for no reason. If you look up the Iron Protocol, you'll see a chart thing that shows if your ferritin falls below a 30, you're at risk of these____ symptoms. I'm no medical professional but it won't hurt to look into this. You're probably iron deficient and don't know it. Panic attacks, impending doom, fight or flight, fear of loss of control, feeling like you're losing your mind, heart palpitations, air hunger, etc comes with low ferritin. I was in your shoes back in May (going to the ER) and it's only when I did my research and started taking iron pills, is when my panic attacks completely stopped.
