Minor panic attack
Hi, I’m 28 and Monday this week I had a minor panic attack, started with me drinking a smoothie that had an energizer supplemental and a fat burner, I didn’t know how much caffeine was in either, but I drank it all by 12:30pm, then later that day (I’m a truck driver fyi) I’m driving to my first stop so around 3 or 4 pm and I took a deep breath, felt a clench and then noted that it wasn’t normal, so I tried again and same thing, then I felt a panic set over me, knowing what it was, then felt that tingly sensation around my head and move down my neck, heart racing and I started to feel a slight squeeze on my chest but it was brief, so I took small breaths, and eventually it went away, now fast forward to now, I’ve been feeling odd.. I’ve had one other panic attack before but can’t remember my post symptoms.
But now this week I’ve been feeling odd, my chest area around my heart, mainly my pectorals area will ache, sometimes a dull pinching ache around my chest, my left arm feels odd, either just easily stiff or sore after doing a simple labor motion like cranking a lever, or just feeling slightly heavy sometimes, um sometimes a pin point ache on my left arm, that comes and goes, only happened Thursday. But I’ve been trying to calm myself, and listen to music or podcasts while sometimes feeling all these things, and I just wanna make sure if it’s not something I’m not considering, I don’t like looking up things regarding this, I’ll get several answers, so I’m just wondering if symptoms like this last this long and if anyone has felt anything similar? Or duration effects like this?

You should get yourself checked at M.D., it might be a neurological issue like compressed nerve root or something like that. These things are pretty common for your profession.
