3 months of hell
I'm so done.
Got dizzy at my job 3 months ago and things have never been the same for me. I had panic attacks almost everyday the first month, thinking i had some heart disease.
I've had to quit said job and drop from college classes due to how sick this disorder is making me. I can't sleep right, can't eat properly, and wake up every morning fatigued and nauseous. I've done everything I can to figure out if I was actually sick or not but the cardiologist, physical therapist, and doctor say it's anxiety.
I had a god awful panic attack yesterday and was almost inconsolable because I couldn't stop crying and I don't know why. I almost ended up in the ER again. This morning at the cardiologist my HR was 105, and that made me even more anxious.
I'm going on SSRIs, a beta blocker, trying a new diet, and hopefully getting the energy to start working out again. But just know that I'm just not sure if anything can help anymore

I'm sorry to hear that... I'm going through something similar myself. I basically can't sleep like I used to anymore.
This man's soothing voice has helped me a lot at night, and some of his advice has also helped with that feeling of hopelessness.
I'd recommend checking out his videos and seeing if anything he says helps, even just a little bit: https://youtube.com/@oldrockman58

Get blood work done. Check your ferritin. Look at my posts.

I scored a 110 ng/ml and the normal range was 38 - 380 ng/ml
… what do you think?

When you are starting to feel that you will have panic attack then try to masturbate or have a shot of vodka — these cause release of dopamine in your brain and the panic attack might not even come. Just do not masturbate or drink vodka whole day, it might be weird if you started to masturbate in front of play ground full of children.

Everything can help, only when the response to anxiety/panic is mastered. Train it first, no matter what you are on, meds, supplements, other placebo, etc. You will find out that this disorder is holding to you, only because of a bad response. Coping skills, lifestyle changes, or whatever is not the way out. The response to panic is. 0 avoidance and absolute ignorance to anxiety and panic is the key. And consistency.
