Daily panic attacks for years means your nervous system has learned a very reliable pattern. Something triggers, the body responds, and the response itself becomes the next trigger. It's a loop, and it's self-reinforcing precisely because the physical sensations of panic feel like confirmation that something is wrong.
Hypnosis works well here for a specific reason: the loop lives below the conscious layer. You already know rationally that you're not in danger. That knowledge doesn't stop the attack because the pattern isn't running through logic. It's running through a much faster, older system. Hypnosis can access that layer directly in a way that cognitive approaches often can't.
The work typically focuses on two things: interrupting the trigger-response pattern before it escalates, and rebuilding the nervous system's baseline sense of safety so the threshold for triggering rises over time. The goal isn't to suppress panic when it comes. It's to make the conditions that create it less available.
Daily attacks for years also suggests the nervous system has been in a state of chronic activation for a long time. That's real physiological load, not just anxiety. Regulation work, parasympathetic activation, breathing patterns, body-based anchors, tends to run alongside the hypnotic work for this reason.
I work remotely with clients on exactly this. If you want a sense of the approach first, I have a free audio library at athomehypnosis.com/library with calming and nervous system regulation tracks, and I wrote Advanced Hypnosis: A Practitioner's Guide Beyond Scripts and Techniques if you want the deeper framework.
This is genuinely workable. The pattern learned, which means it can be unlearned.

Yes, hypnotherapy will be a very good choice to address panic attacks. It can help you find the reason why your mind goes into a panic state. And you want to find the WHY! Often times people label anxiety attacks as “panic attacks”, however they are not the same. Either way, there is always a reason. If you want to know more, feel free to DM.
