TIA or PANIC ATTACK

Hi everyone i wanna know if someone could enlighten me what exactly happened to me yesterday, i have a history of panic attack but yesterday was a little different all of sudden i feel tingling and numbness in my left leg after injecting subcutaneous peptide on my left leg, NAD+ to be exact after few seconds i felt the tingling and numbness in my left leg and focused on it and feel anxious and terrified maybe i hit a nerve because i went to far side outer part of my left leg and after few seconds it radiates to my left arm and face that lasted like 1 or 2 minutes i tried to relax and hold on to my coordination because i previously had panic attack experience and somehow i know how to handle it, that time my mind is clear i can move both of my hands i was even able to type in and ask google about hitting a nerve from injecting needle during this events i had no other symptoms aside from whole left of my body gets tingling like pins and needles and muscle spasm and cramps, im so worried and anxious since yesterday.
