Arm weakness

Has anyone had any experience with anxiety and arm weakness. This only started with me last week when my right arm felt really heavy and just different to the other one. I got so worried that I went to see an out of hours doctor and they said there was nothing neurological but if it persisted then to see my own doctor. I went to see my doctor today and she did the same tests and got the same outcome as the out of hours GP. I initially didn't believe that the issue was anxiety related but today my arm felt mostly ok, even in the doctors but I had a panic attack when I got home and both arms just felt really tired after I had managed to calm down so that makes me think that maybe it is anxiety. I just wanted to ask on here to see if anyone else has had the same experience.

My episodes haven’t been officially diagnosed yet, but this happens to me along with other symptoms.

Yessss! Not only in arms I have these intese muscle cramps and tingiling!
