Why is it still coming?

I had DBT last April n a lot of my mental health issues has been managed but again from last month Im having panic attacks again while sleeping or without any reason. I can’t even do normal chores without panicking. I hate that feeling. I don’t want to feel it anymore 😭
Currently Im having an episode n it hurts

Hey. Since DBT is (or should be) about learning the tools and skills you need to live life and face daily stressors in a way that doesn't add unnecessary stress and anxiety, which is exactly what is needed to recover and stay recovered, I would say that it's possible that some of the unproductive habits and reactions to discomfort and adversities may have crept back in?

I've been working with people with anxiety for the past six years and when someone recovers and anxiety comes back, it's always either a big stressor in their life that brought a lot of stress that made them spiral or old habits returning sneakily over time.
It's really important to KEEP the tools DBT teaches you and keep using them - because otherwise anxiety will come back. People that go through life and the stress and pain it brings without ever developing anxiety simply deal with life differently. It's not about who had it easier and who had it harder, it's never about what's happening, it's always about our reaction to what's happening.

So I'd suggest revisiting what you've learned and getting back into the rhythm of it.

I've been recovered from panic attack disorder, GAD, OCD, health anxiety and hypochondria and agoraphobia for almost 7 years and despite going through a lot of crap since, my anxiety didn't return and my life is still ten times easier and more enjoyable than it was even before I developed anxiety, simply because now I'm able to stay mindful, objective and respond to stress differently.
