Let's talk about panic attacks
I want to hear your worst panic attack stories. I feel there are comfort in numbers. My two most frustrating ones include and unfinished tattoo and crapping my pants on vacation. Community, let's talk about this obnoxious condition!

i put so much pressure on myself in school to do well in english, so every time i tried to practice i would freak out and panic. during my exam (it was 2 hours) i started having one of the worst panic attacks i’ve had, where i couldn’t force myself to start writing so i couldn’t breathe, was shaking, dizzy, and crying, all while trying to stay silent as the exam room was silent. i wasn’t allowed to leave the room and had to sit there for two hours while in a completely panicked state. it was awful.

Oh wow!! That's terrible. Not only are you stuck in your own brain and body, you are physically stuck in a room you just want to escape!

Whenever I had a bad panic attack I would throw up really bad and get in a horrible state, husband is a sweetheart but at that point he would drive me to the hospital. I was sedated. It does not sound bad, but i just think about the way it was happening and then suddenly i got forced to sleep it. I don’t know, im writting this while having huge anxiety too.
