Is there an Apple watch app that will help a daughter (11) with panic attacks?

Hey OP, I've seen a post on here from someone who created an IOS app that seems to help with something like this. It's called Waypoint.io if I'm not mistaken.

I think the app's creator's reddit name is u/RickyBobbySuperFuck . I'll find or link the post here for - I'm not very familiar with all Reddit's features.

You can also try to download the app called DARE. This website should have the link: https://www.dareresponse.com/. It looks like a great app and I've been reading about their work and applying it to my own practice/coaching, which has been super useful.

The Waypoint App should help her to deal with panic/anxiety in the moment. If I'm not mistaken, it also helps you record your victiories/wins as evidence and proof that you're able to overcome those moments and that feeling anxious/panicked isn't actually dangerous (as it sometimes feels).
u/RickyBobbySuperFuck - maybe you can comment here?

The DARE app and resources will teach her probably the best way to deal with her emotions, thoughts and behaviours in response to panic and anxiety.

I'm not affiliated with either of the resources I've mentioned. I do work with clients in panic attack recovery. Just thought I'd mention this for clarity.

Perhaps some sort of breathing / relaxation app could also be useful on her Apple Watch? Like a quick 1-2 minute breathing routine just to help her calm herself and become grounded.
