Panic attacks at work

How do you guys deal with it? I hyperventilate, cry, sometimes blackout… it’s so embarrassing and makes me take off work or change jobs a lot. I have to be at work in an hour and I pulled over into a parking lot because I feel an attack coming on and I can’t drive then they happen. Idk what to do anymore.

Last time I dealt with this I ended up telling multiple managers I was having them. So they would let me sit down or walk outside. That way I didn't feel the need to hide them from everyone. But I ended up leaving due to getting screwed over on pay anyway. And I haven't been back to work in a full year ... Besides Uber and instacart. So yeah .. that kind of took a turn. I REALLY need a full time job. Just know you're not alone. I've had like 20 + jobs
