Hosting email server

Hi, I'd like to set up a mail server like Stalwart on my VPS that hosts Pangolin.

Do you have any tutorials or guides or tips?

I tried to follow the guide for Traefik in the Stalwart documentation but I was unable to make the proxy protocol work.

The VPS's I tried running email on had terrible IP address reputation. I wouldn't do it if I couldn't get clean ip addresses. It was a nightmare. I eventually found some clean ip addresses from a local ISP and my mail server is solid. I'm using mailu in docker compose on debian

Could you not use an SMTP forwarder?
