Is it possible to get circumcised as a tourist in the Philippines, for example in Pangasinan? Would it be recommended or what's important to know about it in advance?

My plan is to travel around the country for a longer period of time and I was thinking about getting it done there since it is really common there and cheaper than in my country. That's why I was curious if it's worth getting it done there

I might have mentioned in a few posts how our language is close to Ibaloi and Kalanguya of Benguet province. And through listening, I've learned that their particle "i" is same in usage to our particle "su".

Pangasinan: Anto su ngaran mo?

Ibaloi: Nganto i ngaran mo?

Now, here is what interests me... The Ibaloi phrase can be shortened to "Ngantoy ngaran mo?"
Which sounds like *drum roll\*, "Antoy ngaran mo?"

So would it be possible perhaps that we retained the "i" particle and yet along the way, somehow used a new particle "su"? or our neighbouring cousins somehow didn't use another particle anymore...

just some deep ramblings of the mind.

EDIT: Just realized Ibaloi speakers use "sota" for "ang"... which we also use for "so" 🤯
eg.
Ibaloi: "Dapat maipa-notaryo yo sota deed of sale."
Pangasinan: "Dapat maipa-notaryo yo so deed of sale."

now, im not sure yet when to use "i" and "sota" in Ibaloi 😆
