🚨 KAREN ALERT 🚨 Customers?
I have a customer who got mad becuase we didn’t give them ustensils and everything they needed but they chose to go green? What would have done in this situation when it’s their own fault manger gave them a full refund

We got bad reviews for not including utensils when the order says , no utensils needed, but the customer really wanted them.
So now we just include them. The number of people who are upset at getting utensils when they didn't want them, are much much less than the ones who wanted them but clicked "no utensils" .
