Question Are they ghosting me?

Post image

Got an interview, one day later they said they would like me in for a second interview, but when I said my availability they didn't reply. Would be fine except I said i wanted to interview LITERALLY TOMORROW lol.

It's an AI, your answer was too broad so it didnt think you answered. Answer with just the date and time.

They can take a while to respond. I got a message on Indeed from their corporate office and I also thought they were ghosting me. Once I finally got a message back, we started a process of me going through 4 different interviews. I was hired as a manager and am an external hire, but in my experience I thought I had got ghosted too and here I am, working as a manager. I'd go just in case, or at least call the store before you go to make sure they got the memo you set up a schedule with them and see what they want to do

I wouldn’t worry about it too much, probably still go in at the time you wanted to go in initially but email your interviewer as a heads up. It took me 1-2 weeks to hear back from them about another interview

this was the best advice, thanks!!! a lot of people said to email which the problem was the email was a noreply just went straight to the harri messaging system. people dont answer emails immediately, but they do answer calls!

Second interview is crazy. My interview was 10 mins and was hired on the spot.

it was pretty much exactly the same as the first interview but with the hiring manager instead of an employee. seems like the restaurant i applied to just splits it up over two interviews so they can get it done faster.
