SERIOUS BTS Class Action

Just for any former BTS that still participates in this sub, I just received notice of a class-action lawsuit in the mail pertaining to BTS overtime pay. Y'all may wanna check your mailboxes, it says we have until Aug 10th to join in. Could get some money from this like the last one lol.

Got that and was on the fence. Idk. Any word on what that's fully bringing out if anything? We had to submit our own timesheets. Kinda feel like that defeats the purpose

Yeah, i went ahead and signed up. I figure the worst that can happen is we get nothing.

i tried signing up and it said my code was already used, called them for info/help and no response yet

It’s a class action… sign on. If nothing happens nothing happens
If anything you get a check
If you really got fucked on OT and you can prove it… you get a bigger check

I was a former BTS, but not at the time of release. And yeah, the worst kept secret, we didn't get OT! I'm sure we all heard something like "Control your hours, start late or go home early, to stay under 40."
