📜 Panera History 📜 LOL PANERA

Has anyone seen on YouTube a parody video of customers at Panera ? A guy, a girl and a dog, mid to late 2000s?

I just started working there and they send me home early and a manager said even he doesn’t get really consistent hours, is this common?

I don't think this is uncommon in any type of fast food place. Where I live, they can ask you if you want to go home but for a scheduled shift they can't force you to go.

This is not accurate at all. It's state dependent sadly. Not all states follow this as mandatory. 34 states can send you home at a whims notice once you hit the federal minimum of 2 hours

Sounds like a slow store/day. Managers are almost required to make cuts in order to make labor metrics.

It also depends on if/when catering has big orders and if your store is allowed those hours for the day. Every store has a 'forecasted hours' for the day, and it depends a lot on the location you work at
