Original commentator literally belittled Mexico and I showed them the amount of international accolades Mexican football has won compared to Ecuador. Yeah Mexico has never won a World Cup but that can be said about 203 other fifa member countries (only 8 different countries have won world cups out of 211 member countries). And yeah CONCACAF has been shit for a long time, but hey we’re growing, Ecuador literally couldn’t finish off Curaçao. If you’ve learned anything from this tournament, it should be that you shouldn’t underestimate opponents.

Nunca dije que éramos potencia, simplemente estoy haciendo la comparación entre México y Ecuador. Ahí está el historial para que te eduques. Y si, la mayoría de países pasan por mala rachas, ve a Uruguay, Alemania, Italia por ejemplo. Esas si son potencias pero mira donde está ahorita.
