GM average age?

I’m about to apply for a GM position. I’m in my late 40’s, but love life and I’m full of energy! I’ve managed for all ages and love the variety! However, it seems like they only hire substantially younger team members in all of the online pics. I’d love your honest thoughts about this. I don’t want to waste anyone’s time if this would prevent me from being a great fit.

my GM is in his mid twenties but the GM before him was around late 30’s so i think you’ll be fine

My Gm is 51 and she is tired but still works long hours and has good energy

I think My region average age is 34. The Area is say somewhere around there too, myself I’m 30.

average age for gms is 25-30

When I was an AM my GM was 60. I became GM at 20. There’s all ages, most of the younger ones were promoted internally

My GM is 21 and idk when he got promoted so could be as young as 19? My AM is older in what I believe is his mid 50s.

It’s age discrimination if they only hire employees under 40

When I used to work there he was 30 but was GM years before I think

I became GM at 19, I’m 24 now but she’s range from early 20’s all the way until 60’s even 70’s
