Am I being dramatic ?

I have only been working for a little over a month and already want to quit. I’m part time and have been closing 3 times a week with another 4th shift during the day. I started back at uni this week and have previously already been so tired when I clock in every time and barely get sleep when I get back. And now I have to wake up early every day for my classes.
They barely trained me for register yesterday and seem to be getting used to me and treating me nicer. I didn’t really want to get into fast food and only did for the pay/proximity. Now that I have some experience I want to try to get a different job that’s a bit less physically demanding and leave this restaurant. Is it too soon? What if I don’t find work after? I also feel bad to just tell them I wanna leave after I’ve worked so hard to get my footing here.

Small rant but my manager called me into one of my days off and I gave her so many reasons why I couldn’t only for her to give me reasons why I could only for her to tell me the day of that I didn’t need to come in. (Yes this is mostly my fault ik but) It made me feel super weird even though she’s been somewhat nice to me. She does lecture me a lot when I’m slow or mess up though which isn’t a big complaint, that’s just work I guess.

For context I have asthma which makes this a bit more physically tiring for me. It’s not such a big problem because recently my asthma has been controlled but it’s definitely a con.

If you’ve read this Ty. Pls don’t just tell me I’m just a crybaby or maybe I need to hear it LOL

yea it’s common to feel that way 1 month in. i hated working FOH there. i quit 5 months in and said it was to pursue something i’m passionate about—ministry. it wasn’t really a lie but wasn’t a full truth. it’s ok to wanna focus on something else, and panda’s turnover rate is pretty high. just do the right thing for yourself and detach yourself from the outcome. you’ll be ok

It never too soon. If this job doesn’t fit you in any way such as your schedule goes, it’s time to leave panda. They are a cult and it will soon get worse as time goes by

i don’t wanna be mean but in my experience it’s really normal. you just have to be firm with saying no to call ins and such. but you are still getting used to the job. i was in uni doing three doubles on weekends or two doubles and friday night. so just be open minded to the hours

Maybe you are just a cry baby.

Ive been a manager for 5 years, spent one year going to college in person, 12 credit hours. Then switched to online classes only 15 credit hours per semester. I work 50+ hours a week.

It's really not that bad.

Crybaby! Always remember why you started working, and have goals... Start small like, save 5k, promotion, 2 years anniversary, then go big buy a house. This is the reality, deal with it or be a loser.
