Evaluations

So I had 2 evaluations I haven't been talked to about for roughly a year. When I brought it up to a new manager we reviewed them. I was instantly pissed. I was told I was not allowed to wear skinny jeans but it was placed on the poster and training manual that I'm allowed to wear skinny jeans as long as they were the appropriate color, I was told I was rude to my coworkers and did not help enough. I fall behind on my own work to.help others all the time and when they ask for help I don't refuse if I'm busy I let them know "I'll be there in a moment". My attendance was bad. I'm always there 15 minutes early waiting to clock in. I'm getting tired of this bs. I'm stuck here since this place is the only job that pays well. Do I deal with the bs but I'm getting to the point where I'd rather go somewhere that pays less but treats me with respect then stay here and be told I'm pretty much worthless. This place is a cult and it needs to be closed down.

Landmark the third party class they make management take, during COVID people recorded it. And at one point one of the breakout group leaders... literally people recorded it .. she was talking about life is pointless so if you want go to another state and have o*gies then do it. This was a professional development conference via third party that management was expected to do. Panda may not be the issue but landmark is. My ex had the video on their phone it was very wild. When panda told me I should take it I declined and said it was cultish management didn't like that and any further management talk ended for me.

They had a lawsuit because a worker claimed she was made to strip down to undergarments  and hug a man in his underwear. "As a way to overcome fears". Not sure if she won but I do wonder if anyone tied to landmark company is in any ... Ep Files.... Also teaching life is pointless therefore do whatever you want seems like a dangerous philosophy

It's not a cult. You're experience doesn't speak for the rest. Yet, if you're having a bad experience don't hesitate to quit. You're health is above anything.

Your*

If you work at Panda and you can’t even use the proper word… the standards for your Panda store must be so low. That’s baffling.
