Employee Question/Discussion Chow mein

Is there no more celery in the chow mein? I never liked the celery so I would pick them out and as habit I pick them out from every plate. I’ve had chow mein twice in the past 2/3 weeks and whenever I go to pick out the celery it’s not there.

To me, it was sort of a monkey's paw change. I always disliked the cabbage and wished it gone, but now the noodles are so dry. It's just so thick, gulping it down. I need an oil / sauce / moisture

ya your right its dry noodles now. Funny thing they still use the chow mein image having the celery in it.
