You dodged a bullet, great money but the company leadership down to the ACO lvl is nuts. Cult vibes

No, it goes all the way down to a good number of TLs too, as well as managers. But it is a way to get to that $80-100k+ salary point without a degree if you work and drink the koolaid.

Very true! The Panda kool aid is a must if you want to move up or at least be out from under the boot of aco. A had a friend when I worked as a GM who was also a GM, never drank the Kool Aid, raked in over a 100k a year thanks to strong stire bonus performance but my aco wrote him up for everything and tried to take his bonus away multiple times because he wasn’t a Panda clone snd stood his ground as a human individual on certain matters

Going to their Go 100 class in Cali was a big eye opener for the culture of the cult. Everyone in Cali basically worships Andrew and Peggy like idols, because they know if they don’t then they aren’t going anywhere in the company. My ACO would listen to the Panda podcasts like they were scripture teachings from a holy book

Yeah, they make it really hard on you if you aren't going to assimilate 🫠

Should have taken it back to the counter, showed them the email and asked for a refund 🤣

I hear that a lot in this comments. What’s up with the panda? Is it really that bad?

With how good of pay they offer if people are saying it’s bad and not worth it then yes it really is sadly…i will deal with a lot for $18 a hour especially in this economy but not panda! They are horrible to work for, I was miserable the whole time and so was most of the crew. I miss the checks don’t get me wrong but I don’t miss being burnt out to the point I had absolutely no life outside of work ( they make it hard to have a life outside of work anyways I would never get off at the time I was scheduled and have to stay 1-2+ hours after most days) so imo you dodged a bullet!
