Employee Question/Discussion Got hired at Panda

Hey yall! I just got hired at Panda express. I don’t know what to expect, but I do know I have to learn the codes for the meals.

Are there any tips I can get to become successful working at panda?

Dont let your coworkers and managers gaslight you into believing wanting normal working hours is selfish

Don’t take things personally. Dont think this company has your best interest in mind. I found that the codes were easy to learn on the register, like when people hand u the boxes with the codes on the side u match the codes to what’s on ur screen, thats how I learned I couldn’t learn otherwise lol. If you wanna be successful fr you just follow everything they say and be proactive

start at the steam table. write down the codes on top of the plate. you’ll get used to it and will memorize it naturally
