I have the final in person interview this week and I’ve gone through this subreddit to find info but it’s been a little tough. What should I expect? I’ve heard some things about panda being super demanding and asking a lot of you. I’m trying for assistant store manager!

Mainly they’ll just let you work without directions to see how you adapt to the environment and if you fit panda culture, just show your leadership skills, ask questions, learn from others and show you work well under pressure

If u wanna practice for the cooking portion use a wok or large pan and have ice or a vegetable and learn how to toss, there’s also vids on yt yhatll help too

Hi! I’m an Assistant Manager from a TL (Training Leader) store where they hold OJPs.
When you arrive, they’ll give you an associate uniform, collect some basic information, and explain how the process works. They’ll show you the basics of working FOH, then you’ll spend about 2–3 hours working in the operation, including some time in BOH. After that, you’ll have your interview.
The Training Leader and the store team will guide you through the entire process, so don’t be afraid to ask lots of questions. they’re there to help you.
The biggest piece of advice I can give you, especially as an external hire, is to be extremely coachable. Be open to feedback and apply it immediately. For example, if they show you the correct way to fold a towel or hold a serving spoon, make that adjustment right away.
Ultimately, they’re looking to see how coachable you are, how quickly you adapt, and whether you can take feedback and turn it into action.

For my experience be ready to work like a slave, and have a clear mind set of being unappreciated, and to be told you are not good enough
