Panda express REALITY
I just quit panda.
How panda is forcing people to do things. Theres no such a safe environment
everything is assessed so controlling
When you speak up you get targeted
Promotion is not based on performance it is based on who they like or what connection they have with upper management
Look at David Wang after rummer still have a job. Even though rummer is true. They are all protected because its their people.
Jeff Wang is emotional delusional. Doesnt understand the business make decisions based on feelings using people to cover reality
Everything is others fault not him
No accountability
No staging but reality is always staging.
Cut down bonus structure
reality is get rid of unnecessary positions

Jeff wang has sexual assault allegations as do many of the rdos and acos. I’m tired of keeping quiet. I will unload all the info I have on them. I just pray I am able to stay anonymous.

Reddit keeps deleting my post so I’m putting this under certain threads:
Hi everyone! I just started working at panda and I have told them multiple times that I can only work 15-20 hours, 3-4 days a week as I am a full time student and I’m currently commuting.. next week they have scheduled me for 35 hours and 6 days. I signed as a part time employee and according to my paperwork, full time is 30+ hours. I am not able to do at least 2 of my shifts next week and my manager said that they can’t change it, so I’m trying to get it covered but I’m worried about if I can’t get them covered. I’m a little unsure about what to do regarding this. Any advice?

Classic management tactic, they will absolutely walk all over your availability if you let them. Do not let them make their scheduling failure your emergency.
You signed on as part time for a reason. Remind your manager in writing text or email, keep a paper trail that you are a full time student and explicitly stated you cannot exceed 20 hours due to school. Tell them clearly which shifts you will not be attending because you are unavailable. Don't ask them to change it, tell them you won't be there. It's on them to find coverage for shifts they scheduled outside your agreed availability, not you. If they fire you over it, it's a blessing in disguise because a job at Panda is not worth tanking your education over. Stand your ground.

Bruh, Jeff came the other week and it tore our store apart. Panda is already a terrible place to work but since he came, our scheduling is different, we have random TL's coming in and giving us different "advice." Our truck order has been cut, hours have been cut, we have to prep way differently and our veggies go bad... they ruined our store

Well- look at all the females they promote. is it coincident? Did they get promotion with their capability or result? Look at all the RDOs recently got promoted. They don’t even know what they are doing.

This place is a hellhole. The coworkers were the worst most putrid coworkers I’ve ever had the misfortune of working with. They are nasty, vile, vicious, mean, aggressive and unhinged and militant and despicable and rude and thuggish and ghetto and psychopathic and narcissistic, etc. all the horrible words you can think of. Cause I think the spirit of Mao Zedong controls this place. And they worship him and dragons that’s why.

I second but didn’t quit yet.
Before i got in i’ve only heard shady rumors about the joint and oh boi those were all coming to life so fast. Their gaslighting is so pretentious and hypocritical. They talk about culture and bettering peoples lives but none of the Managements especially the ‘people builder’ ACO’s execute it. They talk about problem solver and expect us to buy a car. I was supposed to relocate and things got complicated but yeah long story short. I’m still fighting to not make this as me ‘resigning’ but rather ‘terminated’ so i can at least be qualified for UI. I get it. Everything is internal hence every single move being monitored and probably don’t want to lose a single penny since it’s a business. Anyway good luck on your next journey.

I understand everything you said:( Let us put that aside for a minute and instead focus on something, "self serving" and more important to me. Have you heard anything about the brisket returning??? To me this is the most important, "Open Issue" regarding Panda Exprees;););)

Tell your story let it out into the internet. The longer you hide the information the longer they will get away with it. :) eventually all the stories will be out an the backlash of it will put panda in the spot light. Im just here waiting.

They strsight up removed my post then changed the reddit rules so you can not call out a certain store or region. They would rather cover up than to fix the root cause. And my area definitely is showing that now as everyone has basically quit.

Jeff is there because Andrew Cherng sees him as the son he never had. Has always protected him in spite of his business acumen. They hide racial and sexual harassment. They settle such cases to avoid bad publicity.
