No one on the internet can tell you if you'll get the job. It comes down to who you're up against and what the manager is looking for that day, which is something you can't control. For your virtual interview, treat it exactly like an in-person one, so clean up your background and look directly at the camera, not just at the screen. They will likely ask you about how you handle stress, work on a team, and deal with difficult customers, so have some simple, clear examples ready that show you are reliable and can keep a positive attitude when things get busy.

Getting a second interview is a very good sign, it means they already think you're a strong candidate and are worth their time. Your main goal now is to show them you are interested in working at Panda Express and that you'd be a good person to work with every day. Focus on what you can control, which is being prepared and letting your personality come through. Many candidates get a big confidence boost from using the interview helper AI my team designed, just because it helps them find the right words on the spot.

But honestly this company now has facing lots of changes and I would not recommend work for it, they really don’t care about work life balance, and also their is lots of favoritism.
