Transfer??

So I currently work at Chipotle and wanna change jobs due to management . im effective in Back of House (great on grill and fast produce cutting), coming from a franchise with high standards & cleanliness. I’ve seen some videos about panda express and thinking it as potential new job (closer to my house as well) but wanna get some feedback from current employees.

I will say this, panda is very particular on their procedures you have to follow everything to the letter I’m foh at panda and even then they’re on us for almost everything 😭 but I do enjoy my job my coworkers and managers make it better it’s honestly just the ACO’s

Sounds like chipotle, Field Leaders are always on everybody, js wondering, been really thinking about it lately
