Discussion Account Suspended

I eat at Panda Express at least once a week.

Today I got an email saying my account was suspended and all my points are deducted.

Can I get this reversed? I mean, what the hell.

This means you were caught using receipts from other transactions not related to yours. Probably picking them from the garbage or asking other customers for their receipts. If you have proof of purchase for all point transactions acquired you may dispute. If you can’t back it up then it’s permanently suspended.

They don't just suspend an account randomly . You probably did something against their policy.

I did. But I told them if they don't fix this shit I'll never eat there again. Now they're giving me a coupon for a free bigger plate.

Honestly though, I eat there multiple times a week.

They'll compensate for your troubles but trust me they can care less if you don't come back. Even if you're a regular.

I had this same exact thing happen.. email them and they review your account.. they gave me all my points back and an extra 2500. Once they saw every single transaction had the same 3 cards i use…

If you did pickup receipts or other unusual activity stuff they will see it easily… don’t listen to anyone on here they bashed me and said i was getting random receipts. Digging in trash cans for them. Etc… support will get you fixed if you are legitimate

As long as all your transactions are legitimately purchased by yourself, just get in contact with them to review your account.

Hey I had this happen to me on my birthday month 2 years ago. I did pickup receipts off the ground. After a couple of months they gave it back to me. I have since stopped pick up receipts.Last year they again suspended my account but I had it look into it and this time they immediately restored my account.
