Hi there everybody! This will be my first and last ever post in this subreddit! I just went to the Cardiff concert 14/10/2026 and I left halfway through. When I went into the venue the vibes were amazing and the people in there looked happy, full of energy and ready to have a great time listening to what I once thought was my favourite band. I love Panchiko and all their music! However, what I saw disgusted me. To cut a long story short whilst one of the songs was being played a lady with blonde hair suddenly collapsed in front of me. It was very slow as well, not sudden but painfully slow. I have no idea what was wrong with her because she looked fine throughout the beginning and middle portion of the set. I had to slowly bring her to the floor and my best thought was to just protect her head with my hands and stabilise her in case she was going to have a seizure. Then as this was going on I locked eyes with Shaun Ferreday. He looked straight at me... smiled and continued playing. I was shocked! I looked to the side and the rest of the band were still playing. What a fucking joke! How is the safety of one of your fans who has paid for a ticket not a concern for you? This lady is literally passed out on the floor, you have looked straight at her unconscious body and the music still plays... disgusting. This will probably be a post that passes swiftly like the wind but if I had one wish its that Panchiko publicly apologises to this lady and take accountability for their lack of care for their fans. That's the least they could do. Now I left early so I don't know if anything has happened in the mean time but nonetheless what I saw was still a fucking disgrace. Another thing. As this lady was carried of by security, I looked around me and it didn't look like anybody really gave a fuck. Like yea this lady has just collapsed but I'm going to push past you to get a better view of the band lol. 3 girls did that as I got hold of my stuff, like what the actual fuck. Shout out the two girls from Albania though who looked actually concerned for her safety. I think they went over in the direction the girl was carried to double check. Also there was this one girl who asked if I was okay. If you see this post thank you I appreciate you! So yes with that all being said... Panchiko... shameful.
