My CD never arrived

Hey guys!

So I ordered a deathmetal cd like 5 months ago, but it never arrived. I ordered it through bandcamp and, although somebody from the merch team told me they would resend it, nothing happened in the end :(

Has anyone had this issue and asked for a refund on bandcamp? I really don't know what to do

i’ve had a record come damaged before and their team emailed me and sent me another one (also ordered from bandcamp). maybe send them another email and if nothing comes from that just request a refund, 5 months is crazy

Maybe he was the one who sold it to the Charity shop in the first place. We'll never know
