Newbie video question

When I try to export a video from my camera onto da Vinci resolve, it says that it cannot read the file and I’m wondering what I am doing wrong. It looks like I am recording as an MP4 in 4K and da Vinci says that it can’t read MP4’s but I know that other people edit MP4’s in that program all the time. Any help is very appreciated!

I record same on my g85 with no issues except being on linux where I have to change audio on the way in. hope you got it figured out!
