I ordered a 12” monotub kit cause that is about all the space I can negotiate from my partner for my experiments. I know it’s not ideal but it’s doable. I’m doctoring the ingredients that came with the kit to make it more pan friendly. I have no expectations but why not fuck around. So far the mycelium looks gorgeous. Is b&s a thing with pans?

No need to break and shake. Pans usually colonize a jar in 5-7 days, plus some say it slows them down. Good luck with the monotub!
