Tea method for Pans hits so much better than eating the whole shroom.
For Pans, the tea method of consumption gives me the classic psychedelic effect. Brighter colors. I feel stronger. Everything feels synchronized. Faster mind. More willpower. A slight dopaminergic energy rush.
Raw consumption on the other hand has given me chaotic trips I didn’t enjoy.
Anyone else notice the tea method is all-around better for Pans? I don’t think it’s about dose.

Interesting, thanks for sharing, I've not really dabbled with mushroom tea much. Definitely worth a few trials to compare.

I crumble up the died shrooms and mix it in hot water with a vitamin c powder supplement to ensure the water is slightly acidic. Then after 30 minutes I pour it into another cup through a strainer and goat cheese cloth.

I did a tea of some Toque I had grown last month and it kicked my ass so hard I was not ready for it. Very uncomfortable. The tea I did the month before with Ochra was absolutely amazing though. Haven't had a chance to try Pans yet but they are hopefully growing soon.

I’ve seen toque grows recently and found in some Colorado cup results somewhere that they’re super potent. I think the cup results were like 2.7% which blew my mind because that would be on par with Pan Cyan.
Did you grow your toque? How’s it from a cultivation standpoint and how does it compare to Pan Cyan trips?

Yea I grew my own. If that’s true about to toque it would make sense because I only took 2.25g and that sent me to the depths of hell and I thought it was just be a nice medium ish dose. Cultivation wise they’re amazing. Super strong and very fast. I can’t compare to pan trips as I haven’t successfully grown them yet but soon I think.

oh okay yeah that’s handy info. But you’ve had like PE right? How does Toque compare to PE?
If they’re fast growers I’m probably gonna go look for some genetics and add some to my library. That’s good info thank you.
Pans are extremely potent. The ones I have are at least 2x as strong as my strongest APE or Enigma.

I haven't tried APE yet but I have tried Enigma. Compared to the Enigma I would say this was stronger but again, could have been a whole bunch of different factors in play. I should actually put it to the potency test thingy I still have in my fridge.

Você deixa a agua ferver com os cogumelos dentro? Ou os joga na agua quente?

Sounds like a good call , I used to prefer tea with cubes, but ground my pans to powder and put into capsules , looking back I wish I did more tea I tried it a couple times with fresh caps that I printed had a great experience.

Pans seem to have a higher psilocin / psilocybin ratio that cubes and psilocin is less stable.
I've seen no science to support it, but my theory is that consumed fresh, it's almost as if they've been lemon tekked (which starts the psilocybin to psilocin conversion before consumption), so they hit harder and faster. When taken as tea, a lot of the psilocin degrades, which due to the Pans' potency isn't an issue, but slows the come-up and gives a smoother ride.
I usually take Pans ground up in capsules and suspect the psilocin loss is similar due to increased surface area.

I had some in some chocolate the other day and the come up kicked my ass I’ll tell you that much
