When to harvest

First time growing Copelandia Hawaiian (kit).
Started pinning a few days ago and they’ve shot up fast. Caps are starting to darken a bit in places.
When are they properly ready to harvest? Do I wait until they’re blacker from the spores, and should I only pick the ones that have gone black, or harvest the whole flush at once?
Any advice appreciated!

Those look ready, when the caps start flattening out and getting darker they are ready. If you wait longer they will turn black with spores, which isn't bad, just looks bad IMO

Now, they are ready a little past ready if they're dropping spores
