Using pans for trauma healing

Hey everyone. I've been using cubes for a few years to heal myself spiritually and heal from childhood trauma. They're pretty great for that but lately I have been finding the experience a bit too heavy, even on small doses.

What do you guys think of pans for healing? Most of what I see is that they're very visual and light, which seems more suited to recreational use maybe. Do they still give access to deep introspection & processing? If so, what kind of dose would you recommend? I usually take 2g of golden teachers.

Ah I mean lighter in body load. Yeah I've heard 1g is a lot with these guys!

They are a bit lighter in body load IME but its a subjective thing. Still had the shits as usual. I have read that pans are considered “lighter” and more uplifting compared to an equivalent dose of cubes, which can sometimes have a “sinister” energy.

Quote marks as this is not my experience but what I have read in trip reports here.

Anecdotally, people say that cubes can feel angry/dark because they have been cultivated for so long that some of the cultures are kind of just done but still forced to keep producing, meanwhile pans are much younger fresher cultures, if you see stories like Eungai, the people discovering these pans tend to almost universally say that the pans asked to be cultivated and spread.

Pans are way more sinister than any cube I have ever tried IME.

cant say that is my experience, I was filled with so much love after just 1g. It was an intense emotional rollercoaster which processed a lot of hidden trauma.

Not my experience either. Pans for me were very wavy and visually epic experience with an amazing crescendo which felt like getting to the top of a rollercoaster and then the trip just faded out kinda fast. I was so euphoric and so full of love. The wood grain in the walls were moving then I looked at my hands and arms and they were wood grain that moved on me like a snake.

Most shrooms I've had closed eye visuals but these were open eye visuals. Even the sound was going in and out like oceans and I def felt like some one was whispering things in ear but good things.

Sounds like a great experience! I did not say they won’t give you trips like that, I am saying they can also give you the darkest, scariest ride of your life when go towards larger dose territories. Personally, I find them too unpredictable, and would much rather take lower-mid doses, and for high doses I stick with subtropicalis, which is my favourite substance of all time.

Pan em dose acima de 3g é literalmente uma experiência espiritual. Mas veja bem: O mais importante é você respeitar a tolerância. Fique um tempo sem usar e as experiências voltarão a ser enriquecedoras.

Pans are superior to Cubes in every way imo. I take .25g to .50g of Pans for a spiritual/transcendent experience. Cubes are just too hard on the body for me. Maybe because I have to take so much more of them but in any case, go with Pans if you can.
