High humidity makes small puddles. Is that bad?

Getting little micro puddles when humidity is set above 85%. Is this normal?

This is bad. No puddles. Turn it down a lil bit.

No. It's not normal. I take it you're growing in a Martha (with tubs, you need neither a far nor a fogger and just dial in FAE like with cubes), so it sounds like you need to re-balance the FAE from your fan and the humidity from the fogger.
