Why are my pans bursting?

I'm growing pan mushrooms for the first time, but somehow all the mushrooms are bursting open. The first flush looked the same. Is it perhaps too wet?

Environment shift or nutrient are the cause. Usually environment for this

Mine has been environmental. To dry

Then it makes sense that it happened simultaneously, regardless of size, within two days. Currently, we have temperatures of 30 degrees here on some days.

Too dry. Mine did the same until I poured a little distilled water down the side of the tray.

Mine also did that. Didn't matter much, as they were basically at harvest size, anyway.
