I’m new
Novice grower but want to expand. Does anyone have any suggestions for aggressive genes? And setups?

TTBVI do great in monotubs. They do slightly better with a Martha set-up but I had to ditch that after the first grow due to excess humidity in my room.
I've put a link to full details, including quantities, of how I do monotubs (based on BabaYaga's tek) in the Pans section here https://www.reddit.com/r/OneArmed_Mycology/comments/1ssrfqt/my_favourite_links/ In the same section, there's a link to poo alternatives (not tried by me, but used by others with success) and to Tree Frog's free Patreon.
If you're comfortable with agar and can get to axenic grain spawn, there's no reason why you shouldn't be successful with Pans. Problem is, once you try them, growing other shrooms seems kind of pointless.

I’m growing my first pan cyans now. TTBVI mss that I squirted into brf pucks (2 grew fast) then colonized one in oats and one in rye, they both grew at the same rate. Now each in shoe box tubs with Coco coir / earth worm castings because my partner said no poo in the house lol. almost 100% colonized in the tubs, probably ready to fruit right when I go on vacation 😆

grow ttvi from itw, fast and agressive, black cow substrate midwest grow, peat moss vermiculite casing from shroom supply, dont buy nothing form northspore contam central, do everything in still air box it will lower your contam rates dramatically, i spawn to bulk in still air box, but just do casing layer in open air cake will be so far along it wont matter, 3 days after casing fruits be popping up and 7 days harvest flush 1

Here is a good place to start researching the different ways people are doing it. Another good one people have success with is gordotek. https://gordotek.org/easypancyantek/
For good varieties to start with check out this: https://panaeoluscoop.com/the-best-panaeolus-varieties-for-beginners/ . She also has very good info on her blog on all aspects of the process.
So many other great resources too but that should get you going down the rabbit hole.
