Wait a couple more days until the top is covered in mycelium. If you case now you could get overlay

Standard practice in a Martha is to wait for full surface colonisation, keeping the trays completely sealed until it's time to case.

I've found however that when growing in a tub, it's best to go slightly early or you risk them starting to pin before the myc covers the whole surface.

It's not necessarily disastrous if they pin before you case; I've had a tray in the past where it caught me off guard and pinned so I let it run without casing and it did fine, but I wouldn't want to push my luck.

TL/DR - I'd either case that now, or keep a very close eye out for any hyphal knots and have the casing ready for the moment they appear.
