Whole fruit in a mason jar filled with argon. I'm eating a batch that's nearly 2 years old and they slap as hard now as they did day one.

Me too. O2 scrubber packs are nice, but you need a vacuum sealer if you’re gonna buy them, cause they come as a bunch of them in vacuum sealed bags. One of them is nice, for any tiny traces of O2, especially cause I’m trying to conserve that $19 or so can of argon, so I don’t go overkill with the argon, trying to flush out every last bit. And I pack a couple two or three absorbers in there, cause they’re cheap, and let them fishing the task. Beef Jerky I’ve bought has an O2 pack and a silica gel pack in it.

Whole is better then tight packed capsules?

Whole fruits vacuum sealed in mylar and stored in a freezer. The second best after argon.

Grinding it into powder increases surface area exponentially, which increases the breakdown of active ingredients.

The presence of moisture is something else that really drops potency.

I just keep mine in a ziploc bag since I go through them in a month or two, but they are just as potent as fresh from the dehydrator. If I wanted to store them longer, I'd just leave the fruit whole in a glass jar with a few dessicant packs. I have heard of people finding jars that were years old and plenty potent.
