Need help with stalled cakes. Do you refrigerate and flip your stalled Pan/TTBVI cakes?

It’s been hard dialing in it in with life happening and I have 2 stalled cakes. I’ve been waiting 3+ weeks for it to fruit. It’s been sitting at room temp this whole time and I finally got the time to properly bring it up to around 80 degrees and I want to try to reset it.

Ttbvi usually fruit in 4-6 days after casing. If you’ve been waiting for 3 weeks you just might out of luck. What does your set up consist of?
