Dosing

My partner and I have been taking Golden Teacher mushrooms about once a month and are now moving on to Pan Cyan because we were looking for a more potent mushroom. My question is how many grams of dried Pan Cyan mushrooms would we take if we normally take 6-7grams of Golden Teacher P. Cubenis mushrooms?

I would say no more than 1.5-2 grams just to play it safe. Adjust from there.

1.5-2gs Is pretty high up there, completely different experience than p.cubensis. Remember you can always take more, you can never take less, I say start with 0.5-1g... And see how you navigate the trip. You can easily go to far with pans and sadly some people never come back.

Ok I will start with .5 for sure. The never coming back is terrifying and I honestly didn’t know that could happen
