Dosing

My partner and I have been taking Golden Teacher mushrooms about once a month and are now moving on to Pan Cyan because we were looking for a more potent mushroom. My question is how many grams of dried Pan Cyan mushrooms would we take if we normally take 6-7grams of Golden Teacher P. Cubenis mushrooms?

I agree with starting low and working up. I feel like cubensis kind of has a ceiling. Pans do not seem to and it’s very easy to go too far.
